C Bean Transport has opened positions for drivers in both flatbed and dry van divisions. The general requirements for the drivers are an age of 23 years, CDL class A, good driving record and to pass the DOT exams. The company also asks for two years of experience for the dry van drivers, and one year in the particular branch for the flatbed drivers.
All the drivers will receive weekly payments, paid holidays and vacations. They will also have a passenger program, insurance plan, and modern equipment with Qualcomm communication system.
The dry van drivers will start with a $0.28 per mile scale payment. They will also get fuel bonus, 90% of no touch freight and 50% of stop charges. Flatbed division has $0.30 per mile as a starting scale, $10 tarp payment as minimum and 100% of stop for load charges.
