National Retail Transportation is part of the National Retail Systems Company. This division is specialized in the Less than Truckload (LTL) deliveries. The operations of National Retail Transportation extend across the country.
The division is assigned to seven terminals: two in California, two in Pennsylvania, and one in New Jersey and one in Massachusetts.
The driver opportunities are open during the year and through all the National Retail divisions. The company has divided the positions in three types: Regional, Local and Over the Road.
The regional driver runs about 28,000 miles per week and is home on the weekends. The local driver travels to New Jersey, New York, California, Florida, North Carolina and Ohio in one load and unload at time, the driver can be in home every day. The Over the Road driver runs across the 48 states with about 3,000 miles per week.
The requirements to be a part of National Retail and its divisions are: to have 23 years of age as minimum, CDL, good record and to pass the DOT exams. National Retail offers medical insurance, dental plan, holidays pay and optical plan.
