Currently at Millis, there is an opportunity for experienced drivers to start at 37 to 41 cents per mile. 2000 to 3000 miles a week can be easily done with no hazmat is required.

Millis does require the applying drivers to be at least 21 years old with at least 12 months or the equivalent of 100,000 miles of recent driving experience. S/he must also be in good physical condition, have good standing for five years and have no record of accidents in the past year.
For those without the experience, but also interested in becoming drivers, Millis also provides a truck driving school, the Mills Training Institute (MTI) where the best teaching and experience is provided for the students.
