Although L&H Trucking Co Inc. started operations in 1960 with only five employees, they have grown and developed to include a staff of more than 230 people. L&H Trucking Co Inc. is a family-owned company founded by Larry Moul and Helen Longstreth in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
L&H Trucking offers a wide variety of custom-made services like truckload, LTL shipping, flat bed and container jobs. It provides Hassle-Free services that include simplified billing, computerizing rating, and accurate billing and dispatch services to provide in one invoice. It also extends the versatility of long-or short- term storage, and for this, there is a total of 175.000 square feet of warehouse space that is insulated, heated, secure and safe.
L&H Trucking Co Inc. has a computerized system to give real-time inventory capability to their customers. This allows clients to fill emergency orders in a timely and efficient manner. It also allows them to make inventory decisions without having to waste time calling for information. This equipment is maintained by L&H mechanics, and as the units are kept very safe and clean, it provides a good service to the customers. At the moment they more than 200 trucks fleet.
L&H is using the ODS system, which allows the customers to check all the loads that they are hauling in real time through the website of the corporation. This group has won several prizes like the Traveling Trophy Award, the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Associations 2001 Truck Driving Championship. Independently, L&Hs drivers have also won recognitions for their effort.
