Taylor pays its drivers with the following scale: Solo drivers: 1 to 2 yrs 32 cents per mile, 3 to 4 yrs 33 cents per mile, 5 yrs or more 34 cents per mile, Annual Pay increase of 01cent per mile (NO CAP), monthly Incentive Bonus of 01 cent per mile for running 12,000 miles, Driver Referral Bonus, Violation-Free Inspection Bonus, Guaranteed Detention Time paid $15.00 per hr after 2hrs, Pick and Drop Pay ($15.00 other than first & last) and Extra Pay for Pad Wrap (Flat rate per load of $100).
And for team drivers: 1 to 2 yrs 35 cents per mile, 3 to 4 yrs 36 cents per mile, 5 yrs or more 37 cents per mile, Annual Pay increase of 01 cent per mile (NO CAP), Monthly Incentive Bonus of 01 cent per mile for running 24,000 miles, Driver Referral Bonus, guaranteed Detention Time paid $15.00 per hr after 2hrs, Pick and Drop Pay ($15.00 other than first & last), Extra Pay for Pad Wrap (Flat rate per load of $100).
