New Penn has been recognized in each of the 22 years that the survey has been conducted.
New Penn ranked number one as the top quality service provider in the competitive Northeast/Mid-Atlantic regional LTL market. The company outperformed all LTL carriers receiving Quest for Quality awards in the most important category of On-time Performance.
Over 2,000 readers of the magazine participated in the survey this year. Results of the survey appear in the August, 2005 issue of Logistics Management. Participants rated their carriers in the following five performance areas: on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations.
