In the mileage pay, the driver starts at 46 cents per dispatched mile based on experience guarantying an average of 2 000 miles per full week available. The driver is also allowed to receive vacation pay, holiday pay, detention pay, stop-off pay, tarp pay, no-load pay, hazmat, reconsignment, and other extra pays and participation in their other incentive programs.
The percentage pay gives the driver 24% of the loads gross pay. A percentage driver will receive detention pay, stop-off pay, tarp pay, no-load pay, hazmat, reconsignment, extra pays like weekend pays. They will also be able to take part of their safety incentive program; this program offers up to $1 250 at the end of a full year with no accident.
