South Dakota. Old Dominion has developed a partnership agreement with Magnum Transportation and will operate through 10 partner service centers located throughout the 3 states. Through the partnership arrangement, Old Dominion will provide single carrier responsibility, single carrier billing and apply its own direct pricing program.
According to Vice President of National Accounts, Marketing & Education, Chip Overbey, Old Dominion expects to vastly improve its coverage in the upper Midwest, providing overnight service to major cities in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
