MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 2005--FedEx Freight, a leading provider of regional and interregional less-than-truckload (LTL) services in the U.S. and a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX), recently awarded 20 four-year scholarships to college-bound children of company employees.

Each recipient has been awarded a $2,500 per-year stipend, which begins during the 2005-06 school year. Scholarship selection is based on applicants' academic performance, extracurricular activities and community involvement. Scholarship winners and their employee parents are listed below.
