AAA Cooper Transportation in Dothan was recognized by the Logistics Division of Yankee Candle Corporation with the Distinguished Partner Award in the first annual Quality Carrier Awards. Click here for picture.
The awards are based on a points system that each one of Yankee Candle Corporation's carriers are judged by over the course of the year. The carriers are rated by the the percent of on-time shipments, bill accuracy , claims ratio, reporting metrics and overall customer service.
The overall scores then fall into four categories with Distinguished Partner being the highest scoring category.
