Warren, MI, October 21, 2005 - Schneider Logistics, a premiere international lead logistics provider, awarded Central Transport with its 2005 Carrier of The Year Award at the third Annual Carrier Recognition Conference at historic Lambeau Field, Green Bay, WI, on September 20th. The Schneider Logistics Carrier Symposium honors carriers for their exceptional performance in transportation services and this is the second consecutive year that it awarded Central Transport with its prestigious Carrier of the Year Award.
Schneider Logistics invited more than 100 of its highest-performing carriers from all modes of transportation to attend the daylong annual event. The event featured keynote presentations from industry leaders, an awards ceremony recognizing Schneiders top-performing carriers and a networking reception. This year, Schneider Logistics recognized twelve carriers for their outstanding service in their respective categories, with Central Transport receiving award as the only National LTL Carrier.
