When Kenneth Rawlings daughter was 12 years old in 1977, she named his brand new company: Otis Spunkmeyer. It began as a chain of cookie stores. Six years later, the success of his business led Kenneth to begin selling the fresh-baked cookies wholesale to other food service companies.
