BubbaJunk.com was founded by Jay Wommack in 1999 as a trucker recruiting Web site. Within a relatively short period of time, BubbaJunk.com became the trucking industry's leading online recruiting resource, On the heels of that success Jay expanded his Web site and marketing concepts to other vertical markets and renamed the company Vertical Alliance Group, Inc. in 2004.

Vertical Alliance Group now manages some 80 websites for clients in more than 20 niche markets and just as BubbaJunk.com has done for the trucking industry, VAG’s other sites create a direct and cost-effective connection between those seeking a particular service or job and those that are advertising them.

Infinit-i TM, is the latest product development at VAG, a revolutionary solution for information management. Infinit-i TM is a cost- effective, easy-to-use, web-based solution for delivering information to internal and external audiences, with the ability to track and report user participation and comprehension. About the Owner: Before founding VAG, Jay also built an extensive background as an entrepreneur and securities broker. His experience includes banking, real estate development and the founding and selling of several companies in the oil and gas industry. As a stockbroker for 15 years, he has also held several licenses with the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Jay holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Hendrix College, completed the Mergers and Acquisitions Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds certifications in Demographic Studies and Investment Strategies from The HS Dent Foundation, a prestigious investments and economic think tank, based in Tampa, FL
