NATIONAL TEAM FLEET
Pay:	Great, competitive mileage pay 2 cpm split bonus for 16,500 – 18,499 6 cpm split bonus for all miles over 18,500 Pay increase 1/2 (split) cpm every 120,000 miles driven by the team – No Cap!
Guaranteed Dock Detention	$15 per hour, after 2 hours, paid in 15 minute increments $150 per day cap
Freight:	Dry van 99.9% no touch 100% lumper reimbursement Mostly drop and hook
Safety Bonus:	1 cpm paid annually up to $1,400
Home Time:	1 day off per every 7 days out (Stopping by your house for ½ day or taking a 10 hour break at home is not your day off!)
Days Out:	14 days out is the minimum required, however for 14 – 21 days generally allows better productivity results. The choice is yours!
Average miles per week:	4,000 – 6,000 miles per week

Company Driver Requirements

• Must be 22 years of age
• Must have one year of verifiable tractor / trailer experience in the past three years, or completed a certified training school and three months of verifiable tractor / trailer experience immediately following completion of school.
• Good Driving record
• Must hold a valid Class A license issued by the applicant’s state of residence.
• Limited Accidents and Tickets
• No DUI, DWI, Careless or Reckless Driving or Chemical Refusal Convictions in past 5 years
• No Felonies within 10 years
