Do you have 3 months OTR experience within the last 5 years? If not, we require you to go back to a driving school.

The Temp Control Division operates in a well-defined service area as shown on the map above. We handle long haul truckload for frozen food, produce, pharmaceutical and other types of freight requiring protective service. |

3 months of verifiable CDL experience, or recent graduate, and operation of refrigerated equipment with no cargo claims. Hazmat Certification is a plus and rewarded! |

Team XL Long Haul |

Our Team XL Long Haul Area is throughout most of the lower 48 states, and features long-run, cross-country routes. |

Description: |
Our Team XL division provides opportunities for a team of two drivers to run long haul loads cross-country. Typically, we haul freight from the West Coast to the Midwest, Southeast, and Eastern U.S. and vice versa for customers who require shortened transit times versus other modes of transportation. We encourage drivers to apply who want to experience a lifestyle on the open road with few stops. We can either pair you with another team driver, or with an appropriately qualified family member or friend with a CDL. We offer generous sign-on bonuses for qualified experienced teams. |
