LinkAmerica was formed in 1991 and offers regional, local and dedicated positions to solo and owner operators. The fleet utilizes an extensive network of 53' and 57� trailers and maintains operating centers in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lakeland, Florida and Ft. Worth, Texas.

We take pride in the relationships we have formed with our drivers over the years. We are currently looking for professional Class A CDL drivers to join our partnership for the following divisions.

• SW Fleet- 53� Dry Van (AR, CO, KS, LA, MO, OK, Southern IL, TX)
• SE Fleet � 53� Dry Van (AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN)
• Lane Fleet � 57� Dry Van (TX, LA)

NEW Compensation for Solo Owner Operators:

• $1.35 per loaded mile at 200 or less miles
• $.94 per loaded mile at 201 or more miles
• $.91 per empty mile
• Fuel surcharge on loaded and empty miles
• $25 per hour for approved detention

• $35 for additional stop pay

SE & SW Regional Company Drivers:

In addition to a competitive pay and bonus package, LinkAmerica ensures that Company Drivers and Independent Contractors have the necessary time at home with our Regional runs. Our drivers average 2,000 � 2,300 miles per week.

• Company Solo Drivers - SE & SW Regional Lanes
  • Base Pay - $.36 cpm to $.40 cpm
• Texas and Louisiana
  • Base Pay - Up to $.41 cpm
  • Vacation, layover, stop, and detention pay

LinkAmerica Hiring Area

We proudly serve Super Southwest Regional runs in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Southern, Illinois. Our Super Southeast Regional runs are in Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Alabama. We also have Specialized Lanes in Texas and Louisiana which consists or Company Drivers and Independent Contractor units utilizing mostly 57� plate trailers.  

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must have 1 year recent experience
• Must be 23 years of age
• No more than three moving violations in the last three years
• No reckless driving or misdemeanors in the last 5 years
• No felony convictions in the last 10 years
• No DWI/DUI in last 5 years
