Similarly, the Company is currently seeking committed mechanics for its maintenance facilities. Many drivers find a home in PMTG. Average $72K per year! PMTG drivers earn industry-leading wages. The average driver wage in the past 4 years has been in excess of $72,000 per year plus benefits for experienced drivers. Driver wages (other than training wages) are paid at approximately 22% of the revenue for all outbound loads, with $0.16 per mile wage for empty returns. Wages average in excess of $0.55 per mile for all miles. PMTG drivers receive great benefits, including medical insurance with prescription coverage, dental insurance, life insurance, paid holidays and vacation time. PMTG understands that drivers' time at home is important. To better accommodate its drivers' needs, PMTG has designed a home-time policy which expands driver schedule options. Previous auto transport experience is not necessary. Every driver receives two weeks of paid training to prepare them for enclosed automotive transport.

PMTG prides itself on maintaining its fleet in excellent working order. Currently, PMTG operates two company owned facilities located in Williamston Michigan and Toledo Ohio. At both facilities, teams of mechanics provide scheduled service and repair service on the Company's fleet.
