Driver Qualifications

Must be 23 years of age

Must have 1 year experience within the last 3 years

No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years

No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

No DUI or DWI violations in the last 5 years

No felony convictions in the last 7 years
