SRT Company Driver Teams Pay Rates**:

**Teams are paid based on each individual driver�s experience level.

At Southern Refrigerated Transport, we know that our drivers are the heart of our company and without them there would be no SRT. The number one priority for our drivers is to drive, not to load and unload 6 or 7 times per week. If the truck isn't rolling, you can't make money, and if you aren't making money, neither is the company. That is why our dispatchers schedule your trips so that your average length of haul is 1200 miles, and load you with freight that is 99% no touch.

SRT Company Driver Hiring Area:

SRT Company Driver Home Time:

• Flex-time: earn up to 7 days!

SRT Company Driver Equipment:

• 2007 or newer Freightliner Conventional Condos and Mid Roofs
• Over 900 tractors
• All of which are air-ride equipped
• Each truck is installed with QUALCOMM'S Omni-Tracks satellite communications system
• PRE-PASS DOT automatic weigh system
• E-Z PASS system for the east coast tolls and bridges
• Average 2006 and newer equipment.

SRT Company Driver Requirements:

• Have a current Class A CDL License
• Have at least 1 year OTR experience
• At least 23 years of age
• Have a good driving record
• Pass DOT drug screen and physical requirements
• No criminal convictions (misdemeanors including DUI�s and DWI�s) within the last 5 years. (Including probation time)
• FELONIES- None in the last 5 years (Including probation time)
• NO SEXUAL or ARMED offenses EVER
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last three years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last three years
• Must meet or exceed all federal, state, insurance and company policies, rules or regulations for qualification
