The following information is an overview of our programs, including requirements for contracting a truck from outside of Swift.

The Swift Transportation Lease Purchase Program includes two options:

Kenworth Interstate Equipment Lease Purchase Program – Option #1 2007 Kenworth/T2000 Lease Price: $104,750.00 Lease Term: 199 weeks Lease Payments @ $525.00 per week Residual: $38,350.00 Security Deposit: $2,500.00 Mileage Charge: Loaded, empty and unauthorized deadhead miles in excess of 11,000 a month will be calculated @ $0.09 cpm, and assessed to the owner operator’s settlement monthly. NOTE: This is a deductible expense.

Kenworth Interstate Equipment Lease Purchase Program – Option #2 2006 Kenworth/W900L Lease Price: $102,000.00 Lease Term: 197 weeks Lease Payments @ $499.00 per week Residual: $41,500.00 Security Deposit: $2,500.00 Mileage Charge: Loaded, empty and unauthorized deadhead miles in excess of 11,000 a month will be calculated @ $0.09 cpm, and assessed to the owner operator’s settlement on a monthly bases. NOTE: This is a deductible expense.

Engine: 3 years or 300,000 miles
Chassis: 3 years or 450,000 miles
Powertrain: 5 years or 750,000 miles
Options Upon Lease Completion

• Purchase the tractor for the residual balance plus applicable sales tax less mileage charge and security deposit.
• Trade for a new unit.
• Cash out for trade equity.
• No Trade Options Prior to Lease Completion.

If you choose to either refinance your lease or trade early through an outside dealer, your buyout will be subject to a prepayment penalty!

Swift Terminal Locations:

Drivers can be based at any of the 34 full-service Swift terminals, your home away from home. Terminals are your source for fuel, maintenance and repair service. Fuel lane personnel are trained to assist drivers with safety and maintenance checks.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Complete the Owner Operator Application
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• The first and second seat drivers must have at least two years of recent, verifiable OTR experience
• Must provide a copy of your settlements, pay stub or W-2 to verify you have run an average of 10,000 miles a month for the last three months
• Must be professional and have a clean and neat appearance
