• HOME WEEKENDS
• Starting pay up to 36 cpm
• All rates include 6 cpm per diem
• All drivers will receive a 1 cpm increase each year on the hire date to a maximum pay per mile of 39 cpm
• Pay will be based upon all verifiable OTR driving experience in the last 10 years
• Miles paid on system delivery

  Stop offs - $30.00
• Load / unload (full) - $100.00

• Detention pay - $12.50 / hour after 2 hours to a total of $50.00

Paid on first pay settlement in January of new year.) 5 years - $500 10 years - $1,000 15 years - $1,500 20 years - $2,000 25 years - $2,500 Orientation: Carlisle, PA - 2 and ½ days Knoxville, TN – 2 and ½ days $250.00 orientation pay Meals, transportation, and lodging paid

Driver Referral Program: Owner Operator referral - $750 per owner operator tractor referral $250 paid on first dispatch $250 paid after 30 days $250 paid after 90 days Company Driver referral - $750 per new hired company driver referral Running area includes: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Southern New Jersey (Philadelphia area), Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Basic Driver Requirements:

• HAZMAT REQUIRED
• Minimum Age – 21 years old
• Minimum Experience - 1 year of verifiable, multi-state, over-the-road, tractor-trailer driving experience OR must be a recent graduate of a USF Glen Moore approved truck driving school, and then will go into our driver-training program.
• MUST have valid Class A CDL
• No felonies in the last 7 years
• No more than 1 moving violation within the previous 12 months; no more than 3 moving violations within the previous 36 months
• No more than 1 accident within the previous 12 months; no more than 2 accidents within the previous 36 months
• No combination of 3 of the above within the previous 36 months
• No DUI/DWI in non-commercial motor vehicle within the previous 7 years; None in a commercial vehicle EVER
• Pass a DOT physical and drug test
• All candidates must have a stable work history, with no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
