We are focused on establishing ourselves as a leader in FAMILY FRIENDLY TRUCKING.

• Starting pay up to 25 cpm (per team member)
• All rates include 3 cpm per diem
• All drivers will receive a 1/2 cpm increase each year on the hire date to a maximum pay per mile of 25 cpm
• Pay will be based upon all verifiable OTR driving experience in the last 10 years
• Scheduled Hometime
• Miles paid on system delivery

  Stop offs - $30.00

Driver Referral Program: Owner Operator referral - $750 per owner operator tractor referral $250 paid on first dispatch $250 paid after 30 days $250 paid after 90 days Company Driver referral - $750 per new hired company driver referral Orientation: Carlisle, PA - 2 and ½ days Knoxville, TN – 2 and ½ days $250.00 orientation pay Meals, transportation, and lodging paid

Basic Driver Requirements:

• Minimum Age – 22 years old
• Minimum Experience – 6 months
• MUST have Hazmat endorsement
• No felonies in the last 5 years
• Provide a clean and accurate application
• Pass a DOT physical and drug test
• Must be professional and have a clean and neat appearance.
