USF Glen Moore is hiring company drivers for our National Long Haul Division. |
We are focused on establishing ourselves as a leader in FAMILY FRIENDLY TRUCKING.

12 days out, 2 days off

Starting pay up to 36 cpm
-
All rates include 6 cpm per diem
-
All drivers will receive a 1 cpm increase each year on the hire date to a maximum pay per mile of 39 cpm
-
Pay will be based upon all verifiable OTR driving experience in the last 10 years
-
Miles paid on system delivery

Load / unload (full) - $100.00

Load / unload (partial) - $50.00
-
Layover - $50.00
-
Tolls – Reimbursed / BESTPASS program

Detention pay - $12.50 / hour after 2 hours to a total of $50.00

Basic Driver Requirements:
-
HAZMAT REQUIRED
-
 Minimum Experience - 1 year of verifiable, multi-state, over-the-road, tractor-trailer driving experience OR must be a recent graduate of a USF Glen Moore approved truck driving school, and then will go into our driver-training program.

MUST have valid Class A CDL
-
No felonies in the last 7 years
-
No more than 1 moving violation within the previous 12 months; no more than 3 moving violations within the previous 36 months
-
No more than 1 accident within the previous 12 months; no more than 2 accidents within the previous 36 months
-
No combination of 3 of the above within the previous 36 months
-
No DUI/DWI in non-commercial motor vehicle within the previous 7 years; None in a commercial vehicle EVER
-
Pass a DOT physical and drug test
-
All candidates must have a stable work history, with no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
