We are focused on establishing ourselves as a leader in FAMILY FRIENDLY TRUCKING.

• 1 day off for every 6 days out
• Starting pay - up to 34 cpm
• All rates include 6 cpm per diem
• Any dispatched Trip Number, empty and loaded miles, less than 100 miles will pay the appropriate rate per mile plus $30
• All drivers will receive a 1 cpm increase each year on the hire date to a maximum pay per mile of 37 cpm
• Pay will be based upon all verifiable OTR driving experience in the last 10 years
• Miles paid on system delivery

Basic Driver Requirements:

• HAZMAT REQUIRED
• Minimum Age – 21 years old
• Minimum Experience - 1 year of verifiable, multi-state, over-the-road, tractor-trailer driving experience OR must be a recent graduate of a USF Glen Moore approved truck driving school, and then will go into our driver-training program.
• MUST have valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
• No felonies in the last 7 years
• No more than 1 moving violation within the previous 12 months; no more than 3 moving violations within the previous 36 months
• No more than 1 accident within the previous 12 months; no more than 2 accidents within the previous 36 months
• No combination of 3 of the above within the previous 36 months
• No DUI/DWI in non-commercial motor vehicle within the previous 7 years; None in a commercial vehicle EVER
• Pass a DOT physical and drug test
• All candidates must have a stable work history, with no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
