• Starting pay 88 cpm for all carrier directed miles loaded or empty
• $50.00 additional will be paid on all completed dispatches 50 miles or less
• Fuel Surcharge paid on all dispatched miles, empty and loaded - based on National Average
• Comdata fees will be charged on a pass-thru basis
• Purchase fuel at company discounted prices (save on average 5 cents per gallon!)

Costs: Satellite cost of $12.50 per week (no installation charge) $1,000 interest bearing escrow account deducted at $50.00 per week Plates and permits paid by company (weekly charge back) Orientation: Carlisle, PA - 2 and ½ days Knoxville, TN – 2 and ½ days $300.00 orientation pay - paid once to tractor owner

Driver Referral Program: Owner Operator referral - $750 per owner operator tractor referral $250 paid on first dispatch $250 paid after 30 days $250 paid after 90 days Company Driver referral - $750 per new hired company driver referral

Basic Driver Requirements:

• HAZMAT REQUIRED
• Tractor must pass DOT inspection
• Minimum Age – 21 years old
• Minimum Experience - 1 year of verifiable, multi-state, over-the-road, tractor-trailer driving experience OR must be a recent graduate of a USF Glen Moore approved truck driving school, and then will go into our driver-training program.
• MUST have valid Class A CDL
• No felonies in the last 7 years
• No more than 1 moving violation within the previous 12 months; no more than 3 moving violations within the previous 36 months
• No more than 1 accident within the previous 12 months; no more than 2 accidents within the previous 36 months
• No combination of 3 of the above within the previous 36 months
• No DUI/DWI in non-commercial motor vehicle within the previous 7 years; None in a commercial vehicle EVER
• Pass a DOT physical and drug tes
• All candidates must have a stable work history, with no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
