Revenue is paid on all miles loaded or empty

Miles:	0-100	101-250	251-500	501-700	701-1500
CPM	$1.40+	$1.20+	$0.93+	$0.91+	$0.86+

All dedicated and / or scheduled lanes = 84 CPM
+Plus Written Fuel Surcharge- all miles loaded or empty

U.S. Xpress Equipment Requirements:

• 1997 or newer
• Pull company trailers
• 48" - 5th wheel height
• Stacks must be at least 13 ft. high
• Must pass complete DOT inspection at time of leasing
• Weigh less than 19,500 lbs. full of fuel
• 270-inch wheel base or less
• DOT mandated safety equipment

Are you qualified to drive for U.S. Xpress?

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have 6 months of experience
• Hazmat not required
• No more than 3 preventable accidents
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 5 years
• No DUI or DWI violations in the past 5 years
• No felony convictions in the past 10 years
