CPM pay based on miles driven: 0-225 miles = $1.00 + Fuel Surcharge 226-450 miles = $.95 + Fuel Surcharge 450+ miles = $.91 + Fuel Surcharge Authorized Empty miles = $.74 + Fuel Surcharge Current Fuel Surcharge* I-5 Fleet = $.13 Extra Stops at $50.00 each Weekly Settlements * Fuel Surcharge fluctuates weekly with the price of diesel fuel and varies depending on the area of the country. Boise Owner Operator Home Time: I-5 Fleet home every 10 days Boise Owner Operator Bonuses: $500.00 Referral Bonus - $300.00 when the driver leases on and $200.00 after ninety days. Plus $.01 per mile for every mile your recruit runs.
