Heartland Express is looking for Company Drivers and Owner Operators- Solos and Teams. Heartland Express Divisions: OTR , Southeast Regional , Ohio Regional, Tennessee Regional, Mississippi Regional, Virginia Regional, Northeast Regional, and Team OTR.

Top Driver Pay up to $.46 cpm
 Owner Operator Pay up to $.91 cpm
 Regional Pay up to $.44 cpm

A driver with 3+ yrs experience will earn $.44 cpm with Heartland. That's more than 33% HIGHER than that average rate!

GREEN MILE$ PROGRAM

Company Drivers running in the Northeast part of the country can make an unprecedented $.50 cpm and operators make $.95 per dispatched mile, loaded or empty, PLUS their added fuel stabilization program pay.

Heartland Express Company Driver Requirements:   MUST be 23 years of age   MUST HAVE 1 year of verifiable over-the-road driving experience   MUST HAVE No Felony convictions   MUST be able to operate in Canada   A stable employment history   Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement in the state of the drivers residence   Pass a DOT physical and meet Heartland's standards   Completion of a 3 day orientation (in Iowa City, IA; Atlanta, GA; Kingsport, TN; Columbus, OH; Carlisle, PA; or Chester, VA)   No DWI or DUI in the last 5 years   No reckless or careless driving in the last 5 years   No major accident in the last 3 years (no preventable accident over $6,000. No personal injury preventable still pending accident)   No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years   No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months   No more than 1 serious violation in the last 5 years (Excessive speed of 15mph or over the posted speed limit. Following too close)
