Overnite Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of $.04 Per Share
RICHMOND, Va., April 29, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- The Board of Directors of Overnite Corporation (Nasdaq: OVNT) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.04 per share on its common stock, payable on June 16, 2005, to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 26, 2005.
Overnite Corporation is one of America's leading less-than-truckload transportation companies.
