Current Top Starting Pay at $.35 cpm

Post training wages	$.30 cpm
After 6 months (solo)	$.32 cpm*
After 2 years	$.33 cpm*
After 3 years	$.34 cpm*
After 4 years	$.35 cpm*
After 5 years	$.36 cpm*

After 7 years	$.38 cpm*
After 8 years	$.39 cpm*
After 9 years	$.40 cpm*

Lisa Motor Lines Driver Qualifications: Must be at least 24 years of age Must have only one valid Class A CDL Experience: One (1) Year (within the last 5 years) verifiable, over-the-road, tractor-trailer, all weather, all terrain OR Recent Driving School Graduate No Felony convictions in the last 10 years No Misdemeanors in the past 5 years No suspensions in the past 3 Years (Exceptions may include non-moving violations and financial responsibility suspensions) No more than four (4) moving violations or two (2) preventable accidents, in a commercial vehicle, within the last three (3) years No D.W.I., D.U.I. or B.A.C. conviction within the past five (5) years, and no more than one (1) ever No Reckless or careless driving convictions Absolutely No Drug Convictions Must clear D.O.T. physical and drug screening
