No experience - No problem! FFE offers company sponsored training for inexperienced individuals looking to get started with a stable carrier that is committed to safety. Students attending Training may graduate in as little as three weeks.

Training Program Information

FFE will sponsor you through a 3 week CDL school located in Pine Bluff, AR.

What to Expect When You Arrive at Pine Bluff, AR

We pay for your bus ticket, housing, groceries, and more!

After graduation student drivers attend a 3 day orientation in Lancaster, Texas where they will be assigned a driver trainer for their first 6-8 weeks. This careful approach allows student drivers to receive the experience necessary to become a successful over the road driver. After successfully completing training, a new driver in their first year averaging 2500 miles per week with no accidents will earn in excess of $40,000.

FFE Trainee Pay Scale

Graduated Student - 6 Weeks of Training

Trainee With:

Week 1 & 2 - $350.00 per wk.

Week 3 & 4 - $400.00 per wk.

Week 5 & 6 - $500.00 per wk.

1-3 months experience - $.27 CPM

3-6 months experience - $.28 CPM

6-12 months experience - $.30 CPM

FFE IS HIRING IN ALL 48 STATES!

FFE Driver Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age
No more than 2 accidents in the last 3 years
No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
No more than 1 DUI or DWI violation ever – and must be over 5 years old
Felony convictions are reviewed, must be over 10 years old, and only 1 ever
