TMC Division

Home 46 out of 52 weekends (must live within orange boundaries - see map below)

Drivers average 48 hours at home on weekends

Aluminum trailers

Average length of haul less than 600 miles

TMC Long Haul Division

Home every 14 days if desired

1 day off for every week out

Average length of haul over 1,000 miles

Less tarping and more drop and hook freight

TMC Transportation Pay:

Pulling a TMC-owned trailer, you will receive 70% to 73% of the load's gross revenue
Pulling your own trailer, you will receive 75% to 78% of the load's gross revenue
100% of all fuel surcharges are passed on to you!

TMC Transportation is hiring Company Drivers

Owner Operators who live inside the area defined by the orange boundary have the option to be home 46 out of 52 weekends per year, guaranteed! Owner Operators who live outside of this area will enjoy longer lengths of haul, less tarping, more drop and hook freight and will be home at least once every 14 days with one day off for every week out, guaranteed!

TMC Transportation Requirements:

23 years of age
At least one full year of recent verifiable driving experience
Valid Class A CDL
No more than three moving violations within the last five years
Solid work history which must include minimum of 3 months recent OTR T/T driving experience
No DUI's or reckless driving less than five years old
No felony convictions
