Must be 23 years of age
No DWI, DUI in 5 years
No reckless, careless in 3 years
No more than 4 moving violations in 3 years
No major preventable accidents in the past year
No felony convictions within the last 7 years
No current probation / parole
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
