Walpole Inc. was founded in 1951 by Edwin Walpole and is now administrated by Edwin Walpole III and Edwin Walpole IV. It has a fleet of 257 trucks and 599 trailers, company and owner operator drivers. The services proved by Walpole include but are not limited to: pneumatic, hopper bottom, liquid tanker, bump trucks and trailers, flatbed, walking floors, mini wheelers, citrus trailer and vans. It has terminals in the southeastern US, exactly in: Okeechobee, Tampa, West Palm and Birmingham.

The main products transported are: food products like raw and liquid sugar, flour and salt; industrial products like chemicals, cements, plastics and lime; and agricultural products like feed, molasses, phosphates, citrus products and fertilizer. But these are not the only products transported: Walpole is a leader in the municipal solid waste (MSW) and containers for construction sites to landfills. The company offers its services through 48 states of the continental US.

Walpole Inc is leader in the transportation of MSW in the Orlando area to the Okeechobee Landfill, from Screven County Georgia to South Carolina, from Martin County and West Palm Beach to Okeechobee, or ash from Indiantown Power Plant to Okeechobee. Only for these services this division has on disposition 112 tractors and 240 trailers. The distribution of the other shipments is established from Indiantown to Orlando, Miami or Bradenton, as well New York.

At the moment, Walpole is looking for people for some divisions. It offers an education and training program before drivers get on their first route. Among the benefits, they offer several programs that may interest drivers.
