All the Landair services are possible thanks to the maintained equipment and trained personnel, for example, company drivers must have one year verifiable over-the-road experience, hazardous materials endorsement on the commercial license, unconditional 2 years DOT physical and no criminal convictions.
The hazardous materials are handled by Hazmat certified drivers who are equipped with emergency response skills. Every tractor permit book contains a U.S. DOT Hazmat stamp and all drivers submit to four hours of hazmat training during driver orientation.
