ST. LOUIS International Moving & Warehouse Co. (IMWC) , El Paso, Texas, has been appointed an agent for Mayflower Transit. The appointment was announced by Steven J. Dawkins, executive vice president of Mayflower.
The new Mayflower agent manages local, regional, national and international residential and commercial moves with in-house certified moving consultants and dozens of vans, trucks, lift gate trucks, flat beds and long-haul tractors and trailers to handle any size load.
As a Mayflower Transit agent, International Moving & Warehouse will draw from the strength and resources of the industry's most widely recognized name in moving, said Carl D. Poer, IMWC vice president/general manager and certified moving consultant. He anticipates hiring additional sales staff and drivers to continue the firm's reputation for rapid response to any mover's needs.
International Moving & Warehouse Co. serves as a member of the largest moving and storage organization in the world, the American Movers & Storage Association, as well as the Southwest Movers Association and the Downtown El Paso Lions Club.
