DENVER, CO - May 17, 2005 - Graebel Companies, Inc. announced this week two appointments in the Finance department. Michelle Taylor was promoted to Cash Manager from Financial Supervisor and Reporter. Taylor has been with Graebel for 4 years. Her new responsibilities will involve managing credit arrangements with the organization's new financial institution as well as coordinating and controlling cash flow and nationwide vehicle titles.
Alice Hansen, CPA, accepted the newly created position of Director of Financial Systems Integration. In this new capacity, Hansen will lead the organization's critical initiatives including developing and implementing new applications and functionality in the international RITS operating system, document imaging, I-Procurement a software-based purchase order system, the Graebel electronic day page program and consolidating interdivisional invoice practices.
Both Taylor and Hansen are based at the Graebel World Headquarters in Aurora, Colorado.
