American Woodmark Corporation, headquartered in Winchester, Virginia,is the third largest manufacturer of kitchen and bath cabinets remodeling and new home construction markets in the United States; operating 15 manufacturing facilities located in Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia and an impressive 10 builder service centers spread across the country. American Woodmark was formed in 1980 and became a public company through a Common Stock offering in July 1986. Its shares are traded on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol "AMWD".
