In August 1999, all five plants are ISO9002, QS9000, AS9000, or Ford Q101 registered. In addition, company has registration for Gulf Stream, Lockheed, Boeing and military provision.

Customer has started a tour of our heating system equipment. Allcase Furnaces is designed for batch processing and are accomplished of performing a variety of functions including carburizing, carbonitriding, triniding and neutral hardening. Shaker Hearth Furnaces is used for hardening, carbonitriding, quenching, cleaning and tempering operations on small screw machined or stamped parts which cannot be professionally treated in batch type furnaces this process yields high equality on small parts. Brazing Furnaces is important to their operation and devoted a new 15,000 square foot building in their Fountain Inn Plant alone for brazing. Company capabilities range from hydrogen and exothermic brazing to vacuum brazing and their special hump-back furnace supplies nickel brazing capabilities and brazing of stainless steel base metal.
