A clear ROW allows for easier access for Inland line crews in the event of an outage which facilitates making repairs to the line and shortens the duration of the outage. IPL, in partnership with the Bonneville Power Administration, is pleased to offer the following rebates for installation of energy efficient heat pumps on all electric homes;these rebates apply to site built and manufactured homes where Natural Gas is not available. Air source units must have an 8.0 HSPF and 13 SEER for site built homes and an 8.0 HSPF and 12 SEER for manufactured homes and must be installed and certified by a "Performance Tested Comfort System" (PTCS) certified dealer.
