Higdon Furniture Company was started in 1953 by Mr. J. Warren Higdon and continues today as the third generation family owns and operates business in Quincy, Florida. 
 
Higdon Furniture is a leading manufacturer of promotional to medium end residential bedroom case goods. Higdon continue to produce classic styles as well as introducing new innovations in styling. All of Higdon promotional case goods feature roller drawer guides, a finished drawer interior, and solid end panels.
 
Higdon Furniture began production in a new 100,000 square feet facility in Cairo, GA. This facility is located 35 miles from the original plant in Quincy and was built to increase production capabilities. Higdon employs around 60 people at this time.
 
Higdon Furniture also produces a medium end bedroom case good line at another plant, also in Quincy which was acquired in 2000. This product is built using a combination of solid wood, veneers, and high pressure tops. Each item produced goes through a finishing process culminating with two coats of lacquer applied giving a great look at an inexpensive price. This product line is suited for the commercial rental customer as well as the residential end user and this facility employs around 80 people.
 
Higdon Furniture Co manufacturing many product such as Treasure Chest, La Scala, Charleston, Paloma, Casa Bella, Carmella, Brunswick, Sutter Home, Bordeaux, Tuscany, Savannah, Aspen Oak, Wellington Maple, Virginia Maple, Golden Palm, Heartland, etc. Higdon Furniture maintains permanent showrooms at the Tupelo, MS and High Point, NC markets.
 
Higdon Furniture sells and delivers product to retailers and wholesalers in the eastern part of United States and delivers product on its own fleet of trucks utilizing all air-ride tractors and trailers. Higdon product may also be picked up by the carrier of choice at the plant in Quincy in FL. Higdon product is sold by independent sales representatives in each territory in service areas.
