71 Construction was incorporated in 1980 in Casper, Wyoming and was named was formed from the year the owners graduated from High School in Casper. 71 Construction is a continually growing, privately-held utility, paving and excavation contractor. 71 ConstructionÂâ€Ã¢„¢s services include water & sewer, paving, excavating and grading. 
71 Construction takes pride of the knowledge, experience, and education of its staff and all of them holds various degrees and certifications and have taken continuing education classes in construction, safety, and management in order to better serve customerÂâ€Ã¢„¢s needs. 71 Construction attracts and retains quality personnel by offering competitive wages and professional development opportunities, Health/dental insurance for employees paid by the company with the exception of a small portion.
