Perry Crane & Rigging In. was founded in 1946 by Ellis Glen Perry in Townsend, Montana 1946. Glen was no stranger to crane work. As a young boy, he frequently worked along side his father Glen Perry Sr. running friction cable cranes on Montana job sites.
 
Glen Perry passed away. During the next few years, the company continued to develop in 1977. Perry family moved E. G. Perry to Elko, Nevada in pursuit of crane jobs in the booming Carlin Trend gold mines. Since that time, the company has grown into a full service crane, rigging and heavy hauling company serving customers all over the western United States. The company is headquartered located in Elko, Nevada with offices and cranes in Elko and Reno Nevada, Salt Lake City Utah and Grand Junction Colorado.
