In 1966, Salvador Hinojosa started H&H Foods with 25 employees. H & H Meat Products is a family-owned and closely-held Texas Corporation. The company is a USDA inspected facility and is owned by the Hinojosa family and has operated successfully as a meat packing plant since it was founded in 1947. It has experienced a progressive transformation from a small beef slaughtering operation in the early years into a multi-faceted and multi-million dollar packaging and value-added food processing operation. The company has positioned itself on the cutting edge of technology from the production to distribution of its quality meats and prepared foods.
