Salem Leasing Corporation began in 1965 to provide quality transportation services to customers throughout the southeastern United States.


Salem serves the industry with an individualized transportation system tailored to the needs of each customer. Its services include full service leasing, short term rental, guaranteed contract maintenance, dedicated contract carriage, logistic system design and distribution services.


The full service leasing provides finance, administrative and maintenance programs that meet the needs of the customers. This service includes a custom engineered vehicle to bring maintenance and repairs (parts, oil, tires, washing, labor, and emergency road service) available 24 hours a day.


The customer can rent trucks, trailers, flatbeds and refrigerated of varying sizes and types for daily, weekly, monthly or more, all are late models kept under vigorous maintenance programs.


Salem designed a home-based inspection, each vehicle is examined using standardized procedures and if a problem happens the repairs are quickly and carefully done.


Salem utilizes many tailored distributions system including food, retail goods, truck manufacturing and textiles. This department is dedicated for customers who have significant needs such as particular equipment for fragile, high-value, time-sensitive or temperature-sensitive items.


Salem also offers logistics and distributions solutions to meet special regional needs. The shared characteristic for each service given is a cost efficient, smooth running system that exceeds mere transportation needs.


The driver safety program is designed to help develop more secure and efficient drivers. It also offers safety meetings and assistance developing a driver drug testing program on a regular basis.


Salem currently employs over 1000 people at over 28 locations in the Southeast and is continually growing.
