Keen Transport began in 1968, as a leading heavy haul specialist, and designing special equipment to satisfy the needs in the construction industry. They provide an excellent service with a philosophy of honesty first, which is not paralleled by any other carrier in the industry.
Keens fleets consist of 90% company trucks and 10% owner operators, monitored by satellite tracking. They have 500 trailers of flat beds, stepdecks and 30 superload trailers of special combinations which load up to 160,000 pounds.
They have facilities strategically located to support their fleet and customers and to react to any change or special request.
Most of their facilities are staffed with expert mechanics. They offer machine modifications, assembly, disassembly, painting, welding and fabrications of parts.
Keen mileage pay system is calculated using PC Miler practical rules: first six months they will pay 41 cpm for OTR drivers and 48 cpm for NE Regional drivers. From six months to one year it will be 42 cpm. for OTR drivers and 49 to NE Regional drivers.
