Meet Arrow Trucking's Drivers:
To really know what life is like at Arrow, the best people to ask are our drivers. Here's what just a few of them have said about their excellent experience with us.
Flatbed Line Haul Division & Trainer
Arrow Driver since 2/9/99
"I like working for Arrow simply because they have always been on the up and up. The people at Arrow make this job enjoyable. I have never worked for a trucking company that treats you the way Arrow people do."
Arrow driver since 2/29/00
"When I came to Arrow they put me into a training program. After a month I was asked if I was ready, and I said yes. On my first load I realized I was not as ready as I thought. But Arrow gave me something else, a driver manager whose sole purpose is to see that I have no problems. Not a dispatcher or boss, but a counter-part. From getting you home on time to handling an irate customer, this person helps you take care of it all. I personally found the people of Arrow Trucking, from the top down, willing to do what it takes for some one willing to give what it takes to become a success. Good luck!"
Heavy Haul Division
Arrow driver since 8/5/97
"I enjoy the challenge of moving the big oversize and overweight loads safely across the United States. Arrow has given me the opportunity to show my skills while working on their Heavy Haul and Specialized Fleet. Since being with the Specialized Fleet, I've moved loads up to 18' high, 21'2" wide and overall length of 137 feet with a gross weight of 230,000 pounds. Pulling the equipment requires preparation, planning, and patience to do the job correctly and safely as a professional driver."
Owner Operator Regional Division
Arrow driver since 10/21/85
"I make good money and I am happy and satisfied. Arrow is a good company, the people treat me right. Dispatch treats me right and I just do what I am supposed to do."
